GRAB DRIVER REFUSES TO CANCEL RIDE EVEN THOUGH HE IS UNREASONABLE

A disgruntled passenger has recently posted on social media about his experience with a Grab driver.

The passenger had just packed his dinner and booked a Grab home and this all seems normal right?

However when the Grab arrived, the driver quickly asked the passenger “Is this food? Sorry I don’t do food delivery”

The passenger then tried to explain that he is only taking a Grab ride and is just carrying food that he has packed home to eat with him.

The driver then retorted him by saying that there’s special platforms for food delivery and said that he is “not a delivery guy”.

The passenger then said that he can alight if the driver has issues with him bringing food up and wants the driver to cancel the ride.

However, the driver just kept quiet and refused to cancel the ride.
