A netizen shared how a Grab driver who has been driving Grab for a long time with 4.9/5 star ratings, was recently suspended.
He got suspended because a passenger had complained about him for talking about “irrelevant things” and making the passenger feel “uncomfortable”.

After doing Grab for nearly 10 years and getting 4.9/5 ratings, uncle kena suspended by Grab because a passenger complained that he talked about irrelevant things that made the passenger uncomfortable.
Uncle was shocked because he did not remember any incident where passenger felt uncomfortable. Furthermore, dashcam footage already refreshed by the time Grab contacted him so he has no idea what happened.
Just like that, uncle was banned from Grab. He wrote in to appeal but it was rejected.
Next time sit Grab don’t want uncle to talk just tell him diam can? Uncle also need to make money one, compassionate a bit lah.
