Grab cyclist
The man seems to continue arguing that he is of no fault as he has “ring the bell”, weather he has ring the bell or not banging into a pedestrian he is at fault
Here are what netizens think:
- The cyclist logic meant, for drivers after sounding the horn, you have right of way and okay to bang anyone in front for not getting out of the way. Safety first folks. Avoid collision at all costs.
- It is with this mindset from both parties that our sg roads n common walkways are unsafe due to self entitlement, ignorant and selfish behaviour. We are in control of how the outcome can be a happier one, it just takes a sec of give and take with good manners, practice it and not flash out camera every time things don’t go your way
- Lesson: you will not be able to talk sense into an adult who can’t even take care of their teeth in their prime. I’m appalled that he is losing teeth at his age.
- U are not ambulance. Just use horn or siren means everyone else must give way. When companies give incentive to deliver faster, riders will naturally ride faster. Company policies also play a part. No doubt the rise in food deliveries have increased the risk of accidents with pedestrians. This is a special group of riders that may need to be regulated. Leisure cyclists usually dont have this problem.
