
A Facebook user Martin See, has shared his experience of a nasty customer while he was working as a Grabfood rider.
He has shared multiple screenshots of his conversion with the nasty customer in his post. From the screenshot, the customer was asking him where is he. The man then replied that due to overwhelming orders assigned by Grab and the long waiting time to collect the order, the delivery will be delayed.
The customer then sarcastically replied that “I believe is you accept the order not Grab assigned”. Upon seeing these messages, the Grab rider further explained that he did accept the order as to prevent been blacklisted by Grab for cancelling jobs.
The Grab rider then informs the customer that he/she could further clarify with Grab if he/she don’t believe him. The customer replied with “Yes I will clarify with Grab with these messages quoted by you to see if Grab flood riders with orders and force the riders to accept”.



The rider has also shared a photo of Grab riders queueing up outside a mall to collect their order.

Honestly, the customer is being unreasonable. During this ongoing pandemic, many have choose to order food through delivery application for safety purposes. Definitely the Grab riders will take a long time to delivery the food due to overwhelming orders.
