An image was posted on the Facebook group SGAG which shows a conversation between a delivery rider and Grabfood.

The delivery rider stated that the location for the delivery was Seletar Island and he also further said that it was impossible to go there unless he has a submarine. The reply he got from Grabfood was that the distance for the order is within the acceptable range for his mode of the vehicle and they can’t reassign the order.
It is currently unknown if the person talking to the rider was an actual representative from Grabfood or it could probably be an automated chatbot.
