Facebook live seller Lerine, also known as the S Hook Jiejie, shared onto her Facebook seller page Misshopper Boutique, sharing an unsavoury experience with a Grabfood rider.
Here is what she said
I don’t usually like to post people on page but it really pissed me off when one acts with no integrity. It really angers me not because of the money I have wasted but running away from mistakes.
So I have a gathering with friends last night. I ordered 7 cups of drink from starbucks. The order was marked delivered but I did not receive any. I called the driver many times but to no response, contacted grab also with no response. And my card was charged without receiving the order. We were still worried if the driver had lost his way, or had anything happen to him.
Guess what and where my order went? Sent to the floor.
And what next, my dear frens got to clean up the mess that your driver has made.
Mistakes are always forgivable, if one has the courage to admit them. But not this driver. No apology nothing!
Today I post this for awareness, if it can happen to me, it can also happen to you. Don’t be afraid to speak up!

FYI, This was found somewhere along the path way near the condo. To be able to access to the unit, driver will need to press the intercom/or call for the gate to be unlock.
