A Grabfood rider shared how he was on the road when he witnessed a car driving erratically, continuing to drive forward even after hitting another vehicle.

So the rider went to check out what happened and found out that the driver suffered a stroke while driving.
A few passers by called an ambulance and the rider helped to direct traffic as paramedics attended to the victim.
