So apparently the customer orders a bottle of Pokka coffee that costs $2.40, but with the added costs of a small order fee of S$12.60, a delivery fee of S$5, and platform fee of S$0.20, the total came up to S$20.20.

So after the order was placed, the customer asked if she could have the coffee for free, because she “needed the money for work”.

Tan declined after repeated requests from the customer, who in returned warned him to make the coffee free if he did not want “trouble”.

She then instructed him to leave the free coffee at the door.

When Tan refused, she told him to cancel the order.

Tan said that he would report her at the end of their conversation.
