Grayce Tan Shares Reflective Instagram Posts Weeks After PropertyLimBrothers Scandal

Former employee of PropertyLimBrothers, Grayce Tan, has resurfaced on social media with a series of reflective posts following the widely discussed controversy involving the firm earlier this year. Her latest Instagram activity has sparked fresh discussion online, particularly after screenshots of the posts began circulating across social media platforms.

The posts appeared weeks after the scandal involving Melvin Lim drew widespread attention across Singapore’s property industry and online communities.

Tan’s Instagram account, believed to be operating under the handle “@babygrayce”, is set to private. However, several screenshots of her recent posts have been shared on forums and discussion threads, including those on Reddit, where users have been closely following developments related to the case.

According to the circulating images, Tan uploaded a collection of photographs alongside quotes that appear to reflect on memory, personal growth, and moving on from difficult circumstances.

Reflective Quotes Hint At Personal Reflection

“By the way, you will miss this in five or 10 years. Memory will smooth these circumstances down like a river stone, and you will find yourself longing for a shade of light or a moment of this particular innocence,”

One of the most widely shared images featured a quote about the passage of time and the way memories soften difficult experiences.

The quote suggested that people may eventually look back on their current struggles with a sense of nostalgia. It also encouraged readers to appreciate the present moment rather than leaving everything to be remembered only in hindsight.

Another image posted by Tan reportedly showed her lying down with a cat resting on her stomach, while other photos in the set included scenes of food, architecture, and casual lifestyle moments.

In a separate mirror selfie shared within the same batch of images, a printed quote could also be seen beside her reflection. The message emphasised three values that matter most in life: how much a person loves, how gently they live, and how gracefully they let go of things not meant for them.

These posts quickly drew attention after screenshots were reposted online, fuelling speculation and commentary among netizens discussing the real estate scandal that had previously dominated social media conversations.

Impersonation Accounts Add To Online Confusion

Tan’s posts surfaced after multiple impersonation accounts claiming to represent her began appearing on various social media platforms.

One TikTok account using the handle “@graycetanvp” gained particular attention after posting videos that appeared to address repairing a relationship with her husband. Some viewers initially believed the account belonged to Tan herself.

However, online users later pointed out several inconsistencies that suggested the account may have been created by internet trolls seeking to capitalise on the controversy.

Activity on the account reportedly increased only after news of the scandal became public. Prior to that, the profile had posted very few videos, including one clip dating back several years.

Despite doubts about its authenticity, the account still managed to attract more than 16,000 followers, with many commenters reacting as though the content had been posted directly by Tan.

Further searches on TikTok have revealed numerous other profiles using Tan’s name, with several appearing to be impersonation accounts created in the wake of the scandal.

Fallout From PropertyLimBrothers Scandal

The controversy eventually led to major changes within PropertyLimBrothers. Both Tan and Melvin Lim stepped down from their roles following the revelations about their relationship.

Their profiles were subsequently removed from the company’s official website.

The situation also had a ripple effect across Singapore’s real estate sector, particularly for KW Singapore, another property agency founded by Lim. Industry reports have suggested that more than 100 agents may be leaving the firm in the aftermath of the controversy.

While Tan has not publicly addressed the scandal directly, her recent Instagram posts appear to suggest a more introspective phase as the situation continues to draw attention across Singapore’s property and social media landscape.
