A Singapore Uncensored reader recently shared a video which showed how a group of young punks celebrated a birthday for one of their friends.

It was believed that the group celebrated the birthday of a friend by throwing a red substance, egg and flour which caused a big mess at a stairwell of a HDB flat.
The group of six was not wearing their facemask at the point of time and they made a big mess of the floor.
