In the video, the auntie could be heard chiding him for not looking at where he is going.
Allegedly, he pulled down his mask, shouted and threatened her, wanting to hit her.
Of course these are merely allegations, the video doesn’t show much in terms of evidence.
The incident purportedly happened at Block 422, Serangoon.
