A man was seen resisting as he was being apprehended by 2 police officers.

He put up a struggle and could be heard yelling at the officers, warning them in Mandarin: “YOU KNOW WHO IS MY MOTHER OR NOT?!”
A passerby then intervened and helped the police officer pin down the man, but he overdid it and was scolded by the police officers to “STOP” and go away.
