A woman shared how she was at the Rumbia LRT station when a guy followed behind her up the stairs and peeped up her skirt.
The guy then walked up to her and told her that he saw her panties, as well as the colour of her panties.

I was at Rumbia LRT station this morning and he followed behind me as i was walking up the stairs. I turn and saw that he was trying to look under my dress.
After that he walked up to me to tell me he saw my panties and what colour it was.
He board the same LRT train as me & i saw him whisper something to another lady. i went up to the lady to ask what he said, she told me HE SAID THE SAME THING TO HER.
According to the police and CCTV, He alighted at compassvale LRT and jumped over the gantry. There is no way of tracking him because he doesnt tap in/out
