Last year 2020, Kelvin a Singtel retail consultant at Parkway Parade outlet was caught accepting a bribe of $180 to leak confidential customer information to others.

The idea of leaking confidential information came by Kelvin owing another man money during their drinking session. Thus, was asked to use this method as a deduction of the debt.
The crime was later discovered when the victims whose details were leaked was harassed by unknown people. They either call, message or even showed up at their doorstep demanding for money to be returned.
On Tuesday, 26 January 2021, Kelvin was sentenced to 18 weeks’ jail. He pleaded guilty to a corruption charge and 5 charges of unauthorized access to computer material.
