My (22F) boyfriend (25M) dumped me for my cousin (19F).
We (me and my bf) met at my uncle’s wedding (he was working with my uncle at the time) and had a nice chat. He invited me for a date a couple of months after and I thought that we really hit off.
He would often invite his friends over and I invited my cousin to hang out with us. I’ve found a message today saying ‘We need to talk. Sober.’, tried to get an explanation and all I got was that I was being dramatic.
Tonight, we went out and had a great time, went to his place afterwards, and when I wanted to call a cab his best friend approached me and told me that he likes my cousin and has liked her since we first hung out together.
I confronted him and he hold me that it’s truth and he fell in love with her this weekend.
That’s it. I feel really shitty right now.
