A netizen, Ken Lee, shared online about how he bought a bowl of mushroom soup from Collins and found a piece of 20-cent coin at the bottom of the soup.

He said that he had initially thought it was one of the Asari clams but then thought against it because he was having mushroom soup.
Lee added that he had even microwaved the soup before drinking it and now he feels nauseated.
