GUY MADE FALSE DECLARATIONS TO SIAM SERVING STAY-HOME-NOTICE, CHARGED IN COURT

A 58-year-old Singaporean male was charged in court on 19 March 2021 for making false declarations in his application to avoid serving a Stay Home Notice at dedicated facilities.

He was charged under Section 64(b) of the Infectious Diseases Act.

The authorities would like to remind the public to submit truthful and accurate information for all health, travel and SHN-related declarations.

Stern action will be taken against those who flout the rules and made false declarations.
