A guy shared how his salary is constantly late because of an inefficient HR department and he has a boss that is selfish and asks if he should resign.
Here is the story
I’m 3 months into my current job and I’m feeling mentally tired.
Every single month I have to constantly chase HR on whether my timesheet has been submitted and having them giving me no response. Today I found out that my salary will be delayed because they didnt receive my timesheet despite me sending it before the cut off time.
At work I have to deal with my boss who is defensive af and her opinion is always right. I also have to deal with my manager who drag me down to save herself from her mistake she did at work so she look good infront of her boss.
Till today I didnt get to learn much despite me constantly asking.
I’m on a 1 year contract and I dont know how long I can take this pain.
This is my 3rd job. All I want is a place for me to stay long so it doesnt look bad on my resume.
(Past 2 jobs were contract and this is also a contract based job) P.S i’m doing tech
