He allegedly ignored the doctor’s advice to stay home when he was having acute respiratory symptoms.
He purportedly visited IKEA tampines, the Skate Part at orchard and also went to meet a woman in Bedok.
He was found to be infected with Covid-19 but they didn’t mention when he was diagnosed.
Fathullah is planning to admit to his offences on 22 July.
What happened?
Fathullah was issued with an MC by Dr Dong Xiaoke of the Civil Defence Academy Complex Medical Centre, instructing him not to leave his home between 2 September 2020 to 4 September 2020.

The nest day, he allegedly remained outdoor from 11.25am to 8pm, meeting a woman at Bedok before the two travelled to Kallang.
