GUY ORDERED DOMINO’S PIZZA AT 7.30PM, WAIT UNTIL MIDNIGHT STILL MIA & ALL HIS GUESTS LEFT

16hr + with NO PIZZA and NO REFUND and NO COMM

Dear Domino’s Customer Service,

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with your service. Yesterday, at 7:28 PM, I placed an order for a pizza through your app, and it was supposed to be delivered within 90 minutes.

However, to my utter dismay, the pizza never arrived. Was in queue 2 times for 45mins+ to talk to customer service so I can cancel the order(bcz it is the only way to cancel order) but never connected to agent.

I had invited some friends over for a get-together, and we were all eagerly waiting for the pizza to arrive. As time passed, we kept checking the app for updates, but there was no update on the delivery status.

Finally, after waiting until the middle of the night, my friends had to leave without having anything to eat. This was a complete embarrassment for me, and it ruined our evening.

Your failure to deliver the pizza has caused me significant inconvenience and embarrassment, not to mention the wasted time and money spent on the order.

I demand an explanation with compensation and an apology for this gross negligence on your part. As a number 1 Pizza company in the world (which only you claims), I expect better from your company.

If your company and staff is incompetent to prepare and deliver pizza then why even take the order ? And till now after 16hr+ there no email stating the same or no apology SMS/CALL. like really ?

And where is my money ? Do Customer need to remind you that pizza is not delivered then you refund them ? totally gross and pathetic.

I look forward to hearing back from you with a resolution to this matter.

1. Some outlets have very poor reviews for delivery. I suggest you leave a google review for this outlet to warn others.
   Previously when I wanted to order a delivery, the store (Kovan) tagged to my address had terrible reviews. So I opted to pick up for the rivervale store instead and there was no problems.
2. Singapore domino is hit and miss. Its best u drop down their outlet to clarify. Compensation wise i think what they do is only a refund.Its not America tho where u can sue for everything under the sun. Do India have dominos too?
