A Facebook user shared how he ordered chicken rice via Foodpanda but he received rice without the chicken.

Instead, they replaced the chicken with vegetables because the chicken wasn’t available.
He then contacted Foodpanda customer support, who replied that they can cancel the order but he won’t be entitled to a refund for it.
Foodpanda customer support then told him that “we would have loved to resolve this issue but sometimes, it is beyond our best efforts.”
