HAIRSTYLIST GAVE “CROOKED HAIRSTYLE, BUT SAID “IT’S DECENTLY FINE”

Cutting a hair can range from $10 to a few hundred dollars, but no matter how much it cost one would expect to at least look tidy and needy.

However, a mother encountered an unfortunate incident after her son received a haircut that is crooked and looked like a disaster.

However, when the mother approached the lady who cut the hair, she received an unprofessional response.

She highlight the incident to the boss but the boss also failed to resolve the mother’s issue with the haircut.

Here is what the mother said:

Today I bring my son to wisteria mall Kcut for a nice haircut before school reopening .around 19:35pm.

After the haircut by a lady named (miko Lim). I was shocked to see my son’s hair was been cut into a horrible state ( as shown in photos )

I asked the the lady why cut until like this ? The lady just tell me to feedback by email if not happy .

I asked for the boss Num , was finally given to me after few time of request .

Send the photo to the boss ( Cavin) showing how unevenly my son hair been cut and 2 hole also . To my surprise, the boss said the haircut was decently fine, and rudely asked me “what you want me to do now?” Very bad attitude. Instead of doing something to resolve the problem, .I cannot believe that service is that horrible and I never had experience before. Conclusion, both of them didn’t apologised.

I would like to warn everyone never go this outlet prevent your hair been cut till spoil.
