At the time of posting this(45min) the rider has reached home and still not cancelled the ride. What’s make it ok for me to take your ride and lose $120 and 3 demerit point?

If I cancel, my Rejection Rate goes down and I will lose my incentive for the whole week’s hard work. Rider, you broke LTA and Grab rules when you booked, you only lose $5 to cancel, now it’s going to be $6 because you delayed the cancellation.
Finally cancelled after 1hour+ with the help of Grab CS, that’s after they called the rider.
