A video was recently uploaded on the Facebook page Complaint Singapore which shows a video where SMRT personnel was working at night. It is believed that a HDB resident complained on the noise as it affected his sleep due to them working at 2am.

Anyone know if such drilling is allowed past midnight (2-4am) on a regular basis? Been farking disruptive to my rest. I know SMRTonly has past operating hours to work on but can you wake up ur idea and put some sound barrier in place, its 2am at night and the whole neighbourhood can hear it loud and clear.
