A video circulating on Facebook by Singapore Road Accident showed two men burning incense papers on the ground in an open space instead of the enclosed bins for burning joss papers provided by the town council.

The fire was pretty huge and was producing ashes that were flying everywhere.
Netizens called them out for being “inconsiderate”, raising concerns over the potential fire hazard and damage to property such as the flooring and wall painting.
