A concerned resident who stays in Joo Seng Road shared his negative experience when he dealt with the Marine Parade Town Council recently in regard to a leakage that has damaged his cabinets.
9 days and still no response from the Marine Parade Town Council
The resident stated that the leakage happened on the 20th of June. And during this rainy period, water could be seen flowing out of the cabinets. The concerned resident even stated that he moved into the house recently and the cabinets were less than 3 years old. Watermarks could also be seen at the ceiling area near the cabinets.
He stated that when he called the Marina Parade Town Council, they informed him to write an email in regarding the damaged cabinets and mouldy ceiling. But after 9 days there was totally no response from the Marine Parade Town Council.
