According to the Police, 46-year-old Iris Koh has been arrested by the Police for allegedly planning to submit falsified vaccination status and submitting it to the Ministry of Health.
A doctor and his assistant were also arrested for their suspect involvement.
The Police said that 8 more people are under investigation for their suspect involvement.
Doctor under investigaation
33-year-old Jipson Quah and his assistant 40-year-old Thomas Chua have been arrested.
At least four clinics linked to him as been suspended from operation.
All pre-event tests are required to perform on-site in real-time in front of qualified medical personnel.
However, It is believed that Quah and Koh conspire to offer antigen rapid test pre-event testing remotely and allowed individuals to perform ART offsite and the clinic would help upload negative results to the system.
MOH revealed that the doctor submitted false records of vaccination for individuals despite not getting the jab.
Iris Koh is believed to have referred clients to the doctor.
The doctor could risk losing his practitioner license, Quah and his assistant has since been charged with abetment by conspiracy to cheat.

The Founder of ‘Healing The Divide’ has been charged in court earlier today (Jan 23) with criminal conspiracy to cheat.
The police added that members of ‘Healing The Divide’ are also suspected of referring clients to the clinic.
Penalties:
If the doctor and his assistant is found guilty of abetment by conspiracy to cheat they can be jailed for 3 years and/or fine.
