A netizen posted an appeal for witnesses after he found his car scratched at an open car park after having breakfast with his mother.

He had parked his car at a handicapped parking lot beside a “lot 22” before leaving to have breakfast, and when he returned, he saw scratches on his car.
He is appealing for witnesses and/or dashcam video recordings of the incident, which happened at Serangoon North Avenue 2.
He added that he has already made a police report.

- Uncle you can’t park there. Your mom handicap not you handicap. You need to have the class 2 handicap passengers label on your front windscreen to stop there for up to a maximum of 1 hour for boarding and alighting ONLY.
Class 1 handicap label is blue in color, only blue labels (driver handicap) can park there. Passengers handicap is class 2, orange color, still cannot park there, only can stop there for boarding and alighting only.
