In a shocking turn of events, a 28-year-old man finds himself entangled in a web of legal troubles, having been arrested for a series of offenses, including driving against traffic, drink driving, and a hit-and-run accident.

According to The Straits Times, the incident unfolded on December 14, around 11:30 pm, on the Tampines Expressway (TPE) towards Seletar Expressway (SLE).
The police revealed that the suspect’s car was driving against the flow of traffic, setting the stage for a sequence of reckless actions.
Hit-and-Run Sequence
As the car proceeded on TPE towards SLE, a hit-and-run incident occurred involving two other cars after the Jalan Kayu exit. Undeterred, the errant vehicle continued its perilous journey, heading towards Lentor.
A video surfaced on the SG Road Vigilante Facebook group on December 21, capturing the car in question driving against the flow of traffic. The footage provides a visual account of the dangerous maneuvering on the expressway.
The reckless spree continued as the car, having left the TPE, was involved in a second accident with a bus and a motorcycle in Lentor Avenue. After this collision, the driver fled the scene, leaving behind a trail of chaos.
Arrest and Suspected Offences
Through follow-up investigations, the police located the car in Lentor Avenue, leading to the arrest of the 28-year-old male driver. The suspected offenses include drink driving and other traffic-related infractions, adding a layer of gravity to the situation.
The consequences of the reckless acts resulted in three individuals, aged between 23 and 33, who were taken to hospitals. The Singapore Civil Defence Force conveyed them to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital and Sengkang General Hospital for medical attention.
