
Starting from 18 February 2021, Hong Kong will be easing their strict COVID-19 restrictions. Sports and entertainment facilities will be re-opening and there will be an extension of dining hours.
Catering businesses in Hong Kong will be allowed to operate till 10 pm from 6 pm previously. Entertainment places such as cinemas and theme parks are allowed to resume with conditions placed in.
But nightclubs, mahjong parlours and swimming pools will still not be able to resume operations and gathering of 3 or more people is still not allowed in public places.
Up till now, there is around 10,700 infection since January last year and around 193 deaths. But, cases report the past two weeks is less than 10 cases.
