The horror tenant behind the Bedok Court Condo rental property dispute over $60,000 has hit back after 99.co admitted to revealing his identity and citizenship online.
The man behind the fiasco is Garie Sim and he recently posted on the Facebook group United Singaporean trying to defend his actions.
Here is what he stated in his post.
“99.co admitted to revealing my identity and citizenship without my consent to cause intentional harassment and intimidation on my family. They further broke my livelihood and destroyed my personal life.

The 99.co team and the many individuals keep slandering and allowing unknown individuals to yell profanities and vulgarities over the phone at my family while pretending to be a customer interested in buying art materials from me.
It is believed that this is not the first time having disputes with his landlord, and this had actually happened many times in the past as well.”
Singaporeans were quick to condemn his actions after showing no sympathy at all for his actions after failing to pay close to $60,000 of rental owe to his landlord.
He stated his reasons for not paying his rental was due to the landlord failing to rectify defects of the house, but many netizens have came forward to question his actions as the amount snowballed to $60,000. A close estimate would put the figure of $60,000 to close to more than a year of rental.
One netizen even stated that he has no excuse to not pay rent and vacate the premises instead of playing the victim card and squatting in his landlord’s property while refusing to pay rent.
The case continues.
