Prohealth Medical Group @ Hougang issued an apology after their doctor administered an undiluted Covid vaccine (5 doses worth) to 2 patients on 15 September, resulting in one of them being sent to the hospital.
The healthcare group that oversees that clinic, apologised for the incident, and said that the doctor was a relief locum doctor who had only begun working at the clinic on 1 September.
They said that the aforementioned incident took place at their Upper Serangoon View branch on 15 September, and said that the doctor was a relief doctor, and that Prohealth Medical Group has since stopped engaging her services after the incident.
They added that they take a serious view of the incident and will cooperate with the authorities in their investigations into the matter.
They also apologised to the affected patients and their families for the mistake.
