A resident noticed a hazard hanging outside the window of a unit located a Hougang Avenue 1 Block 172 and feels that it’s dangerous.
The resident even reported it to the Police and HDB but claims that nothing has been done yet.
According to HDB, If they are convicted under the Penal Code for an offence relating to the throwing of killer litter, you are liable to a maximum jail term of 5 years or a fine, or both.

If you all don’t know just pls don’t see and judge immediately, the reason why he put that
1) have you all seen any red and white tape below? If they never put you can report is cause danger hazard, if they put nothing is wrong with it
2) the reason why they put is that they are hacking a hole and they don’t want the wall debris or waste to drop to the ground floor so they took a fan coil box to block the hole for the Aircon gas piping to be out to the condenser area.
3) personally I find that they are professional because in order not to let the debris fall and hit to the ground which causes more danger and causes hazards to the floor downstairs they are doing it well.
So please don’t just judge immediately just a box outside with all types of nonsense
