HOUSEHOLDS TO FACE FINES OF UP TO $5,000 IF FOUND W/ MOSQUITO BREEDING SITES

Harsher penalties will be given to households if they are found with multiple mosquito breeding sites. This was announced by the NEA on July 15.

As of 13 July, the total number of dengue cases have hit an all time high with close to 17,249 cases.

The current penalties has been raised from July 15 onwards. Penalties will increase for continuous offences which are capped at $5000.
