A fight broke out on Sunday night between a large group of men at Hampshire Road, at the open grass patch beside the road.
The men were seen shouting, pushing and pulling each other, with one of the men being thrown onto the ground at one point, as seen in the video.
The netizen who took the video said that he had submitted the video recordings to the police, as well as given them his statement.
The police confirmed that they were alerted to a case of voluntarily causing hurt, and a 32-year-old man had reportedly refused to be conveyed to the hospital.
At the time of writing, police investigations are ongoing.

According to Chapter 224 of the Penal Code, anyone who disturbs public peace by fighting in public is guilty of committing an affray.
Upon conviction, offenders could face a jail term of up to one year and/or a fine of up to $5,000.
According to Chapter 321 of the Penal Code, anyone who performs an act that causes hurt to a person is guilty of Voluntarily Causing Hurt.
Upon conviction, offenders could face a jail term of up to 3 years and/or a fine of up to $5,000.
