i went through my boyfriends phone and he thinks i’m cheating on him? but i’m not? what do i do??

i’ve never given him a reason to question anything. he knows the password to my phone as well, but i don’t use social media and i don’t have many friends. 🙂 i just don’t understand. we have a wonderful, loving relationship. i feel like i’ve obviously done something wrong and the last thing i want to do is hurt him.
