INCONSIDERATE NEIGHBOURS THROW RUBBISH OUT OF THEIR HOME @ Havelock Rd

Hi. My gf was very unhappy that she was at the house below and my neighbours just throw rubbish down. Its very inconsiderate as it will hit others when they walk pass. I was waiting for my gf so happens that when she walk out the rubbish was thrown on the floor.
