An Indian national recently posted a question of the Indians In Singpaore Facebook page as he tries to take advantage of Hong Kong Air Travel Bubble to enter Singapore.
The air travel bubble will allow quarantine-free travel between Singapore and Hong Kong which is set to take off on May 26 – six months after its initial planned launch.
The Singapore’s Ministry of Transport stated that there will be one flight a day in each direction, capped at 200 passengers on each flight for the first two weeks.
The Indian national then enquired on the actual process on entering Singapore such as whether he would need a Singaporean to be a guarantor so as to enter Singapore. Many individuals would most probably jump onto the bandwagon so as to enter Singapore without being quarantined. But with the new variants of the Coronavirus, one would wonder if we are really safe.
