A 29-year-old Bangladeshi national has been arrested after a woman was found dead at Golden Dragon hotel located at Geylang Lorong 18.

The woman is a 34-year-old Indonesian and was found dead on Sunday night. The police were alerted to this incident at around 10.45pm. She was found motionless in the hotel room and was pronounced dead by the paramedics who were on scene.
The woman was found on the bed with her neck and hands with injuries.
According to media reports, the suspect arrested within 14 hours of the report and will be charged for murder tomorrow.
The police investigations are currently ongoing.
