Phoon Chiu Yoke, aka the infamous badge lady, previously went viral when she refused to put on her mask and challenged a safe distancing officer, asking to see her “badge”.
She was later prosecuted in court for her offences, but she reoffended again in March earlier this year, walking around Orchard without a mask.
This time, she was spotted again, allegedly back to her antics, as she was seen strolling around ION Orchard, again without a mask on.
TikTok user @alexzellsim, shared a video on 16 August, showing Phoon sporting her signature coiffe and not wearing a mask.
She was seen breathing in unfiltered air as she carried her red handbag, and walked cooling with one hand in her pocket without a care in the world.
The current mandate for mask wearing is that people are required to put on a face mask when indoors in public areas.
