INHUMANE EMPLOYER MAKES UP “MOM RULES”, DISALLOW MAID TO CONTACT FAMILY

A domestic worker was sent back to the agency and she was told by the agent that she is not allowed to transfer.

She is a first-time domestic worker, a mother of 3. Her eldest is 7 yrs old..the youngest is 3 yrs old. She was sent back because she requested to have her phone at least every night so she can talk to her children.

But her employer gave her this list. The employer told her that these rules are from MOM that she needs to follow them. Because of this, she waits till the weekend to talk to her family. Her employer keeps her phone. Why employer cannot see that she is a mother?

Her salary deduction of 6 months is not even finished. No off days. No cellphones. She is not allowed to talk to other people. What do we expect from her? I have nothing but empathy and hope that she can be transferred to another family that values human beings.

Her employer clearly doesn’t see her as a human being.
