Facebook user Nyssa Ahmad Salleh recently took to Facebook and stated on how she was scammed by an interior designing company. She stated on how works were only completed half way even though she almost paid up the full amount. She even said that the company even damaged many parts of her house as well.

Hi everyone, as of today, my ID have breached multiple contracts. The handover should be yesterday, but the house is still in a mess.
We were assured that end August is the last handover, of which was postponed to mid and then end September. It was then pushed to October and now mid November but it is still incomplete. What’s worst is that there are still plenty of works that needs to be done. The house is roughly 50% completed.
We signed the contract with him in March 2020 (8 Months have passed), and till date, my house is not in a liveable state. There is electrical wiring hanging, carpentry & glasswork not done, defects not rectified, painting work is shoddy, my aircon trunking is being damaged but not repaired, my walls are scratched, lights installed badly, false ceiling damaged. I even had to clean up their mess in the main corridor because they ignored countless of reminders. It was to the extent that town council issued an encroachment warning.
While I understand Covid-19 is the main culprit, we have given him more than ample time to plan for our renovation work. I will be posting more evidence on my page once I have firmed up everything. This is to raise awareness on an ID company who can’t live up to their schedules and keeps giving unreasonable excuses. We have also met up several times to work things out and settle this amicably. We understand that delays are expected during this period but this has gone beyond anything else. We were given multiple dates on work schedules but you won’t see anyone turning up.
Sad to say, we have made almost a full payment for this renovation.He have other businesses registered under his name. His wife is the owner of the company. Their office is always closed, and shopkeepers around informed us on how debtors are reaching out to them to find these couple. But they boasted about being in this line more than 8 years in the industry.
Have anyone encountered unreasonable delays for their renovation during this period?
*UPDATED : We have spoken to CASE regarding this matter and have gotten clarifications to reveal the names. The ID company is Haqq Creations Singapore and our ID is Mujbour Rahman, Nazreen Banu & his assistant Nela Ramachan
