A senior investigation officer has been jailed after pleading guilty earlier today for molesting two women who were arrested under suspicion of prostitution.
39-year-old, Lee Sze Chiat, fondle the breast of one of the woman and told the other to “give him service”. The victim later reported the incident to the Police.
According to media reports, the victims who are 28 and 29 years old are from China.
He was sentenced to one year jailed along with 1 stroke of the rotan.
The incident happened back on the 6th of December 2017, the two women who were arrested were being investigated at Jurong Police Divisional HQ. Lee who was not the officer in charge of the case offered assistance and he “volunteered” to help with the investigation team.
It was then he “help himself” to the woman who was in handcuffs, he brought one of the women to a room and claimed that there were no cameras. He then told the woman to give him a massage.

He then reached into the woman’s T-shirt and started fondling with the victim’s breast.
After an hour, he took the 2nd woman that was arrested to a room and told the woman to perform a sex act on him and also help him pcc.
