My current ITE Internship life is a living hell
HI, I currently work as a intern desktop engineer at NCS. My internship is for 1 whole year as I currently only worked for a fews months for this internship. My job is to everyday go to different MOE School to work as a IT Support when it being assigned to me by my project team admin. I had no issue about the work or what so ever and my performance, attitude is always great so I see no point on why I was given such bad rating and NCS attempt to terminate my internship.
The NCS Supervisor had gave me a very low performance rating to ITE after i sent several complaints or feedback about things I faced in my job when this school I being to for the day or a week is giving me very bad treatment and service. I always reqeusted to my supervisor as not to sent me to this MOE school again after I faced such treatment by the staff there as the NCS supervisor always approved the request. Now after NCS has sent the grading form back to ITE, my ITE liasion lecturer called me on the phone telling me about the feedback issue and NCS want to terminate me just because when I raise my voice to my supervisor several times. ITE told me to tell NCS to make me stay for the company for rest of the months left for this internship and I did make the request stating that I will be better in terms of the issue NCS pointed out.
My ITE liasion lecturer did talk to me on the phone telling me that I cannot change the internship company for else will make my graduation date a fews month later than the rest and stating the poor rating by NCS I had make me hard to change IA company. This ITE liasion lecturer just don’t think other IA company suits me based on his own ideals.
I was wondering on why I cannot change the internship company and NCS can anyhow attempt to terminate me for a fews issue I stated when I faced it during work. Those issue I stated during work is I myself asking for help and guidance on what to do cause of such bad treatment faced by this school today deployed to at.
I really hoped that if possible just changed my internship company so that I can have a better life and not everyday go to different place to work and dealing with different person to work instead. I just really want a internship job where I can have a place to call home as I no longer need to go different place to work daily and having to work with other people which I don’t know and to follow what their task give me to do at the location. I want a internship job where I had a fixed location to work at till end of the internship journey.
