Due to COVID-19 border regulations, foreign visitors are now not permitted to enter Japan. Foreign travellers in small groups on package trips will be permitted for the exam.

3 Vaccination dose

Visitors from the United States, Australia, Thailand, and Singapore who have gotten three vaccine doses will be permitted to visit the country for tourism purposes

Visitors must pay their own medical insurance and participate in government-approved packaged excursions with predefined itineraries. They will be escorted by a tour guide the entire time.

This will be Japan’s trial before opening up the country to the rest of the world.
