A video emerged online showing an elderly man jaywalking across the road and stopping in the middle of the road after being upset at a driver for not giving way to him while he was jaywalking.

The incident happened somewhere along Chin Swee Road on 5 March at about 12.22am, and was captured on the dashcam of the camcar.

The video shows the camcar driving towards a traffic light that was green in his favour at the time, and as the car approached the traffic light, an elderly man could be seen crossing the road.

The elderly man was jaywalking and the car had to brake to avoid hitting the pedestrian, but this somehow seemed to agitate the elderly man.

The elderly man then remained standing in the middle of the road, gesturing angrily at the driver as he slapped himself in the fact, seemingly appearing to be asking the driver to “hit me ah!”
