JJ Lin held his “After The Rain” charity concert last weekend at the Marina Bay Sands Theatre, with Minister of Health Ong Ye Kung in attendance.
The charity concert is among the first few events with the new Covid-19 safe-management measures in place.
The event saw over 2,000 fans attending each night (it has held on 27 and 28 November).
The concert was also available via a stream on YouTube, Weibo, TikTok and Dou Yin.
JJ Lin performed some of his hit songs like Bedroom and Twilight, with the Health Minister watching on among the audience as JJ shared a photo of his audience onto Facebook.
Protocols in place
The concert-goers were required to follow Vaccination-Differentiated Safe Management Measures (VDS) at the event.
They had to be fully vaccinated and tested negative on a Pre Event Test (PET) – JJ Lin himself also reminded the fans on his social media to do their PET before coming.
The audiences were also required to put on their masks and observe SMMs.
Also, following the easing of capacity limits and zoning requirements, fans were not required to sit 1m away from each other – although they were not allowed to take off their masks to eat and drink during the event.
