A netizen shared how she was cycling with her mother at Marina Barrage when a jogger ran into her mother’s bicycle and caused her to crash.
He apparently didn’t apologize and allegedly insisted that it was her mother’s fault.

The netizen’s mother was apparently near the jogging lane when the accident happened, with the netizen reiterating that she wasn’t on the jogging lane, but near it.
She also highlighted how her mother was wearing bright colours and her bicycle had lights on it.

“My mother ( in the photos) and I were cycling at the marina barrage lane when a random runner ( looked like he was in his late 30s) ran into my mother’s bike and crashed causing her to fall and get injured.
The guy didn’t apologise and said that it was my mom’s fault for getting into the (pedestrian/joggers’) lane.
He said that it was her fault for cycling in the pedestrian lane when she was only just near it.
Even if my mom was in the pedestrian lane she was wearing bright colours with lights on her bike and it would be impossible for the runner to not see my mom.”
