The Johor Chief Minister Hasni Mohammad, said that they will recommend to Putrajaya, a special travel bubble for those who have received their Covid-19 vaccinations, allowing them entry to Singapore.

He added that the reopening of the Singapore-Malaysia border in Johor, as well as the green travel bubble initiative with Singapore can only be considered after the completion of the Covid-19 immunisation programme.
He also added that individuals that have been vaccinated with the full vaccine dose, will be issued with a certificate, where they should be given “some kind of benefits in light of the new norms”.
