A video emerged online showing a man confronting a driver for parking his car at the side of the road, filming the man and insulting him to his face.
The netizen who confronted the driver said:
“Saw this guy park the car by the roadside along Jalan Membina, happened on 20-02-2022 at 9.30am.
I told him the carpark entrance was like just 50m away and double yellow like is no parking.
He ignored me. Went to the fruit stall and made his purchase, and behaved as if he is entitled to park there.”

The man was seen in the video confronting the driver as he emerged from a nearby fruit stall after buying something.
He started his confrontation by asking the driver “park here again?”, presumably implying that this was not the driver’s first infraction.
The man then carried on, “illegal park right?” before asking the man “are you from Singapore not?”, as though nationality plays a part in the parking choices of the driver.
The man then called the driver a “stupid idiot, anyhow park the car”, to which the driver then finally took offence and confronted the cameraman.

- I think u should also reveal the person behind the camera. If you want to embarrass drivers, you should also embarrass the one recording and using demeaning language to others.
- It’s very wrong to use such words against the driver. Although he parked the car wrongly one can just take the necessary pictures and send to the revelant authorities if you want but you are cannot use such words…instead you are wrong.
